Thanks for sharing, I own Intel's stocks, I am a fan of Intel, and I am a little bias toward them.

With Intel's financial muscle, they will squeeze VIA into very low market coverage like what they did to AMD.
VIA is still new to mainstream platform, unlike Intel where they already have tight relationship with different vendors.

In terms of technical, VIA will need to fight very hard, with Atom Dual Core coming in Q3, this chip is still only at the low end of 8w compare to VIA's.

I am just wanna to say that the property of technology industry. That is, you have to create new technology as fast as possible to compete the market share no matter you are a big or small company(For example, editgrid threaten Microsoft office). In semiconductor world, especially in CPU, INTEL is the most powerful one that it put much much money for R&D than that of AMD and VIA.

Thanks for coming and give advice.

Yeah, the tech industry is quite cyclical, may be thats why Buffett never invest in it.

Cheers.
